5. Our role as data processor
5.1 With regard to information collected from users, Assistyvo acts as a data processor in order to fulfil the user's request for services. Assistyvo may not use the Information collected in this way for its own purposes, as it is collected solely on behalf of Users. With regard to this information, users are the data controllers within the meaning of the EU GDPR

6.2 The exercise of these rights may be restricted where it conflicts with the legitimate interests or regulatory obligations of Assistyvo.
7. Retention periods
If you open an account with us, we will keep your information for as long as the account remains active. Deleting your account will erase all the information collected about you, unless appropriate legal grounds justify further processing. If your account has been terminated or suspended following a breach of the terms, your information will be kept for a maximum of two years to prevent repeated re-registration and to enforce the suspension.
